Please note that all items in this collection are part of a pre-order and will have an estimated ship date of December 18, 2024.

Shipping
Orders typically take up to 3-4 business days to be processed. Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will be processed starting the following business day. For shipping during the holiday season, allow up to 10 business days for order processing before shipping. If for any reason a shipping address is incorrect, Shop G Simone/ G Simone LLC is not liable and cannot change it.
Tracking My Order
To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Lost Packages
File a claim with the shipping agent. File a police report if you suspect your package was stolen post delivery. Shop G Simone/ G Simone LLC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customer(s) assume all responsibility once a tracking number is issued.
Pre-Order Policy
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which is not in stock, however an allocation for stock is available for purchase. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a pre-order.
Please note that we have no control over when a pre-ordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates. Items may arrive earlier or later than estimated.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled as a special order has been made due to item being in production and it has been paid for.
Please note when ordering a 'pre-order' item, we ask that you check out and pay for the order separately to other items you would like to purchase. This will allow us to ship your other non pre-order items straight away. Your pre-order will then be sent after the arrival date.
