No Refunds. No Cancellations. Store Credit Only.
At G Simone, we stand by our no-refunds and no-cancellations policy. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only. Please review the guidelines below:
Eligible Returns for Store Credit
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or store credit.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please use our Return Portal. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or re-shipped.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns are processed within 3-7 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your store credit is issued.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, email us at support@shopgsimone.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the unworn, tagged item. If approved, a refund or a replacement item will be provided (subject to availability).
Orders Returned to Sender
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address will be treated as a return. Store credit will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
Additional Policies
- No Exchanges. Only store credit is issued.
