Shipping Policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Order Processing
Orders typically take 3–4 business days to be processed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed Friday–Sunday will begin processing the following business day.
During peak and holiday seasons, please allow up to 10 business days for order processing before shipment.
Once an order is placed, shipping addresses cannot be changed.
Shop G Simone / G Simone LLC is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Shipping & Carrier Responsibility
Once an order leaves our facility and is in the possession of the carrier, all liability transfers to the carrier.
Shop G Simone / G Simone LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once a tracking number has been issued.
Tracking & Delivered Packages
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number.
If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered successfully delivered and G Simone / G Simone LLC has fulfilled its shipping obligation.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you do not receive your package after delivery confirmation, you must contact the carrier directly.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Shop G Simone / G Simone LLC is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once marked delivered.
All claims, investigations, and resolutions must be handled directly with the carrier.
Pre-Order Policy
A pre-order is an item purchased before it is physically in stock.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Pre-order arrival dates are estimates only
• Items may arrive earlier or later than expected
Pre-order items must be purchased separately from in-stock items.
In-stock items will ship immediately; pre-orders will ship once inventory arrives.

No Refunds. No Cancellations. Store Credit Only.
At G Simone, we stand by our no-refunds and no-cancellations policy. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only. Please review the guidelines below:
Eligible Returns for Store Credit
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or store credit.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please use our Return Portal. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or re-shipped.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns are processed within 3-7 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your store credit is issued.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, email us at support@shopgsimone.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the unworn, tagged item. If approved, a refund or a replacement item will be provided (subject to availability).
Orders Returned to Sender
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address will be treated as a return. Store credit will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
