Orders typically take up to 3-4 business days to be processed. Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will be processed starting the following business day. For shipping during the holiday season, allow up to 10 business days for order processing before shipping. If for any reason a shipping address is incorrect, G Simone is not liable and cannot change it.
Tracking My Order
To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
File a claim with the shipping agent. File a police report if you suspect your package was stolen post delivery. G Simone is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customer(s) assume all responsibility once a tracking number is issued.
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which is not in stock, however an allocation for stock is available for purchase. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a pre-order.
Please note that we have no control over when a pre-ordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates. Items may arrive earlier or later than estimated.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled as a special order has been made due to item being in production and it has been paid for.
Please note when ordering a 'pre-order' item, we ask that you check out and pay for the order separately to other items you would like to purchase. This will allow us to ship your other non pre-order items straight away. Your pre-order will then be sent after the arrival date
What is your return policy?
NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS and NO CANCELLATIONS. Store credit only. Items purchased from G SIMONEare eligible for store credit within 7 days after delivery.
Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached otherwise store credit will not be issued.
Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your store credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org pithing 24 hours of delivery.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
